Insignia Recruit’s story begins when JD Capital Finance found Insignia Recruit and immediately reached out to them.

At the time, Insignia Recruit was a young organisation, trading barely over a year. The funding JD Capital Finance helped secure was invested in the company and its growth. And, indeed, did the company see growth!
‘We decided to go ahead with JD Capital Finance’s service as it was effortless and they were genuinely trying to help’, said Michael. ‘They discussed our needs, covered the options, went back to the drawing board when needed and found an acceptable solution for us’.
JD Capital Finance granted a Recovery Loan Scheme ‘which allowed the customer to borrow £186,204 through the government backed funding incentive with no Personal Guarantee. The loan allowed the client to remove a PG from an existing loan, reduce their interest and receive £120,000 to aid their company expansion’, said Perry Osborne, Finance Consultant at JD Capital Finance.
The deal was completed within four days - from application to offer - and the loan was paid out on the same day the client signed the contract. Great teamwork from the JDCF team, with Managing Director Jamie Davies, assisting, Finance Consultant Perry who gave Michael the good news whilst on a beach in Cyprus.
Insignia Recruit saw great increase in organic growth in all departments of its business, but most importantly invested in building the team first. The capital not only helped with cashflow but was also invested internally, and this in return boosted overall performance in the market. From two directors, the company now boasts ten employees under its wings and hopes to hire two more in the coming months.
