Job Title: Senior Finance Broker
Reports to: CEO/Managing Director
Summary of Role
To generate sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and to maximise company profitability.
Key Accountabilities

  • Generate sale from a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential clients within the sales area.
  • Monitor feedback from customers to measure satisfaction with company customer service and products.
  • Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
  • Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to allow performance to be measured and monitored.
  • Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.
  • Other ad Hoc duties, as required by the business.
Key Performance Indicators

  • Meeting mutually agreed sales targets.
  • Sales data or records kept up to date and securely stored.
  • All relevant regulatory requirements are met and complied with..
Qualifications & Experience

    Essential

  • A-C GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience.

    Preferred

  • Educated to degree level or higher..
