Job Title: Executive Finance Broker
Reports to: CEO/Managing Director
Summary of Role
To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and making new and existing customers aware of the company product range. Build, develop and maintain relationships with clients by offering a consultative finance solution to meet their needs.
Key Accountabilities

  • Generate sales and to achieve maximum profitably against annual sales targets.
  • Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
  • Collate information from clients in order to package finance facility for the lender(s).
  • Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide data to enable forward planning.
  • Maintain an awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
  • Identify new business opportunities / leads primarily through telephone-based business development.
  • Develop business relationships with clients.
  • Work to build JD Capital Finances’ market presence and reputation.
  • Maintain and develop the client database.
  • Develop a good understanding of the market sector.
  • Use in-house CRM systems to maintain client database.
  • Marketing to professional standards and in line with our quality management.
Key Performance Indicators

  • Meeting mutually agreed sales targets.
  • Sales data or records kept up to date and securely stored.
  • All relevant regulatory requirements are met and complied with..
